FUT Esports won Season 4 of The Proving Grounds with four series wins and a single map lost, in its quarter-final against Partizan Esports on September 23, 2025, which it took 2–1 on Mirage, Dust II and Ancient. On September 24 it beat Betera Esports and then ENCE, both 2–0.

It was the first of FUT’s two titles of the season; the second, at PGL Bucharest 2026, paid almost ten times as much. ENCE, coached at the time by enkay J, finished second after beating Fnatic 2–1 the same day, while BetBoom Team, the Season 3 champion, went out in ninth to 16th.

Only the top eight were paid, and the winner’s $41,320 was almost half the pool, one of the most top-heavy splits of the CS2 season. Dust II was the most played map, 27 times in 114.
