Records
Everything this site counts as a record — 20 entries: two games and the organizations above them. Each leads to its own page, where the sample and the window are stated: a record without a sample is not a record, it is a number.

Record changes
when a record changed its holder or value, and why
Can the values be compared
no: they are different quantities from different samples
The record values CANNOT BE COMPARED WITH ONE ANOTHER: “1,008 days” is how long a roster lasted, “13 roster spells” is a count over a career — different quantities. The list carries no ranking at all — the order here is Dota 2 first, then Counter-Strike 2, and within a game the same order as on its hub. Dota 2 records come from different samples: some from pro matches since May 28, 2012, others from the results of The International; each record’s line names its sample. CS2 records are counted over 40 careers of players of this season’s teams — rosters of 8 teams of the season, and the win streak over a single window of matches, Jun 6, 2025 to Oct 16, 2026. The window is named in its line and on the record’s own page too.

Team Spirit is the one name that turns up on both sides of this page. Its teams won the richest title of the season in each game: The International 2026 in Dota 2, worth $1,660,200, and the Esports World Cup 2026 in CS2, worth $600,000. Together Spirit’s divisions earned $6,948,766 this season, more than any other organization, and in Dota 2 it is the only club with three TI wins.
In Counter-Strike 2 the records belong mostly to one man. apEX holds three of the seven: most prize money, longest time as a pro and most roster spells. That says as much about the sample as about him: among the 40 players of this season’s eight teams he is the oldest, at 33, so he has had the most time to collect all three.
The two games pay very differently at the top. The richest Dota 2 title of the season is worth almost three times the richest CS2 one, yet the largest winner’s share of a pool is close in both: 65.0% in Dota 2, 60.0% in CS2.
