Team Yandex spent the final day in Birmingham on its feet: it first had to get past Xtreme Gaming in a three-map series, then went straight into the final and even won its opening map against Tundra Esports. From there Tundra took three in a row — the first of them a 62-minute game — and the title, 3–1, with $290,000.
It turned out to be Tundra’s last title of the season and the end of a run of four wins in about four and a half months. Yandex left with $130,000 for second place; today it has more titles this season than any other Dota 2 club.
