PARIVISION won in Malta by the hardest path of any champion this season: its three opponents averaged third place in our season table. It beat defending champion Team Spirit 2–1 in the quarterfinal on January 23, FURIA 2–0 in the semifinal and Team Falcons 3–0 in the best-of-five final on January 25, dropping one map in all.
