G2 Esports won the six-team BLAST Open Fall 2025 in London by beating Team Vitality, the leader of our season table, in a final that went the distance on September 7. G2 took Dust II, Vitality answered on Mirage and Overpass, and G2 came back from 2–1 down to win on Inferno and Train.
By our table it was the biggest upset of the event: G2 is 11th of 50, Vitality first. Before the final G2 had beaten FaZe Clan and FURIA, both 2–0.
It was the first of G2’s two titles of the season, and the $150,000 for first place is its second-largest payout, behind the $160,000 it later took as runner-up at FISSURE Playground #3.
