NEO has been in professional Counter-Strike since April 2004, more than 22 years, and his career has passed through every role: player at Frag eXecutors, ESC Gaming and AGAiN, five years as captain of Virtus.pro from 2014 to 2019, and co-founder and co-owner of HONORIS from 2020 to 2023.
He moved into coaching at FaZe Clan, first as interim coach from July 2023 and then as coach until March 2026, working with frozen for more than two years as well as ropz, Twistzz and jcobbb. On July 16, 2026 he took over at Astralis.
Astralis won Stake Ranked Episode 4 in October with him, its one title of the season, and has beaten his former club in their only series since. Under him Cache and Ancient have been its strongest maps, about nine and eight wins in ten, and Inferno its weakest, one in three.
