HooXi has led more teams than he has simply played for. Seven of his 11 roster spells carried the captain’s role, from Copenhagen Flames in 2018 through MAD Lions and G2 Esports to Astralis, and among the 40 players on this season’s teams only apEX has had more spells.
He came to Astralis on June 18, 2025, at 30.1, the oldest age at joining among the 38 players with a known date of birth, after almost six months without a club. His previous stop, G2 Esports, had lasted 2.4 years, beside huNter- for all of it.
His 16 months at Astralis ended on a title. The club won Stake Ranked Episode 4 on October 4, 2026, its only trophy in his time, and moved him to the inactive list five days later. With him in the lineup Astralis was strongest on Ancient, 72.7% over 33 maps, and weakest on Dust II at 28.6%.
