Natus Vincere reached the final the hard way. Against Team Yandex on February 14 it trailed 1–2 in a best-of-five, then won the last two maps to take the series 3–2. On the same day Team Liquid swept OG 3–0, although the third map dragged on for 85 minutes, the longest game of the event.

The final the next day was quicker. Liquid won three of four maps against NaVi, all of them in about half an hour, and took the title and $400,000 — the biggest single payout of the club’s season. NaVi’s $200,000 for second place is its biggest payout of the season in Dota 2.
