The MongolZ’s best stretch of the season came in the summer of 2025. Between June and September it reached four finals in four months — the BLAST.tv Austin Major, BLAST Bounty Fall, the Esports World Cup and FISSURE Playground #2 — and won one of them: the Esports World Cup, worth $500,000, more than a quarter of everything the club has earned this season.
It has not reached a final since. The best results after September 2025 were third places at the Thunderpick World Championship and PGL Bucharest 2026; at the Majors in Budapest and Cologne the club went out at fifth-to-eighth and ninth-to-eleventh. The summer of 2026 ended with an early exit at FISSURE Playground #3 in September.
The roster has thinned out as well: the current active list holds three players and the coach. The core that reached the Austin Major final is still there, though, and has now played together for more than three years.
